As the conglomerates own 85% of the market share they acquire huge budgets to market their films, they can afford advertising strategies such as 360 degree marketing and global marketing. Avengers end game is a great example of the effectiveness of these marketing strategies as Marvel studios spent $200 million advertising for their film through means of bill boards, trailers, Avengers merchandise, social media pages , digital marketing and talk shows. These methods of marketing are extremely effective as Avengers was advertised constantly to consumers everywhere they went, the effectiveness of this immersive advertising can be seen through the 2.8 billion dollar revenue flowing from this movie.
