how did you integrate technologies into this project?

Equipment we used:

  • Sony xd camera

  • sound and audio kit

  • extension audio cord

  • sd card

  • davinci resolume

  • adobe after effect

  • youtube

  • canva

  • blogger

  • google slides

  • mp3 converter

  • sound effects from youtube

Here are photos of the equipment we have used to film and produce our film "One by One". Our school has supplied us with Sony xd cameras, these cameras have built in audio ports that we can plug our audio kits into. For our whole film we used hand held technique and I had practiced using the camera hand held before hand so i could get used to making the shots a lot more smoother. We used an sd card to store all our clips that we shot so we could upload them to our computers. We did not need to use any lighting kits as we just used the lights in the home.

  • This is the editing software that i have used to create and put together my film

  • Davinci has built in video transitions (cross disolve, fade to black etc.), audio transitions, audio special effects and title animations

  • These built in features are very useful as i did not need to use another application which i would need research for but it was already right in front of me

  • Davinci makes editing really smooth and simple as well

  • You can add in layers od audio in Davinci as well which was really useful as me as i blended in different sound effects from Youtbe together

  • I used after effects for my title

  • I used a tutorial that showed me how to create the transition between a normal text to fade to a dripping dark red text that represented blood

  • This tuturial was a really helpful one as other had paid resources that you can to aquire but this one was completely free and super clear to understand

  • This title is supposed to show the change from innocent to sinister atmosphere in out film

Canva :

blogger is what i use to upload all my work and projects. this is a good tool as my teachers and classmates can access my work if they want to view it for feedback

Youtube:

Youtube is perfect for finding help with editing, finding music, finding sound effects, finding inspiration, etc.

canva is what i use to make most of my presentaions. They have lost of templates which i can just edit which makes my homework a lot easier
